He's brave for even thinking of doing it, let alone following through. I couldn't live without my Dr. Bronner's peppermint soap. I just buy a gallon of it and use it as soap and shampoo. My morning just isn't complete without a nice hot shower and the tingly, peppermint sensation on my nuggets.

@Supernatural_Canary: There are some amazing deals on that site and it's legit. I remember getting Infamous used and it looked brand new for $11, Demons Souls for $20 and God of War 3 for $35.

I'm a cheap ass so I use slickdeal alerts, browse ebay and gohastings. Or if I was a brand new game and no waiting I will hit up Newegg or Amazon.

My wife knows that I think Xmas is just for the kids in our family but she surprised me with a Wii, 4 controllers and a bunch of games for it. I felt like a kid again when I first opened up my SNES and Genesis.

I used to hate getting gifts cards years ago. Since I'm "the computer guy" I always got gift cards to Circuit City or CompUSA. Two places I don't shop. I don't mean to sound ungrateful but I just never shopped at those stores. But recently I've been getting alcohol or gift cards to Amazon and Newegg :)
