Orphan 55 is, in my opinion, the worst Doctor Who story, period. And yes, that includes “The Gunfighters” (aka “Westerns can be boring!”).  Hopefully it is not representative of Ed Hime’s work.

it’s ridiculous Sliders hasn’t come back in some way shape or form. I always felt like a show that gave you prime reason to use whatever old sets and costumes you wanted would just be killer for budget reasons

I regularly attend (well, attended) movies with a deaf person. While there are definitely theaters that DGAF about their captioning devices, that seems to be increasingly rare. Now, the devices tend to work well, once set for the right theater.
