Make a normal game that makes all of it unlockable through gameplay?

It seems that the whole internet thinks that generic guy is secretly a well-known character, either Sub-Zero (the second one) or Johnny Cage (or potentially Scorpion's son, but that would be a movie liberty).

I’m speculating that they’re going to mess with the mythology a bit. Scorpion and Sub-Zero will all be from the same clan, Sub-Zero tries to consolidate power and Scorpion is able to save Cole, who will become Sub-Zero II. The dragon mark will turn out to be the clan insignia.

This is incredibly short sighted. Trump’s power came from his Twitter account. Does he have the ability to hustle to get himself the same attention and power that his Twitter account gave him? Sure, but it will take a lot of hard work, and that man has always been lazy and is now beyond spoiled over the last 4 years.

Two years of development means there can at the very least be a gameplay trailer. I expect the game to come out this year.

I (mostly) don't feel that way, I was just explaining the perspective. I think Nintendo has relied too heavily on the Switch ports in lieu of new content, but I bought and played Pikmin 3 a week ago and loved it, even though I bought and played Pikmin 3 7 years ago (or whenever it released)

The 13 million people don't get as much enjoyment from the Switch because it is retreads. The point is to no longer port over Wii U games (although, outside of the Zelda HDs I don't think there are any left).

I require a new Mario game and an update to Metroid Prime 2 and BotW 2, that earns them a C. If they would like to also announce a 2D Metroid game and they release Prime Trilogy tomorrow, then it would be a B- Direct. I don't want to expect too much, you know?
