Bethesda had a CG trailer for Dishonored 2 with no gameplay, and AC had a crapton of prerendered CG shown off. Maybe I’m misunderstanding you, but you seem a bit off the mark, though I understand some of your frustration. Prerendered cut scenes to show off games feels very dated to me

I played on Innoruuk (sp?) back in the EQ days. Yea the raiding in Destony is barely comparable to actual MMO raids. And I hear you on those random invites, I always swap my gear out when I’m in the tower to avoid getting spammed with invites. I tell ya, though, it’s still sooooo much fun raiding with people you know…

You should try some LFG sites. Or even the Bungie forums. It’s pretty easy to find a team quickly to run the raid. Who knows, you might even make some new gaming friends along the way

Maybe that’s because there was a MASSIVE information dump from Bungie about all the things that were coming in House of Wolves. It was being revealed in a live stream. As info dropped, IGN would drop an article about it. There’s nothing ‘spammy’ or anything having to do with click bait in that regard.

Funny how every comment is something along the lines of ‘People still play this?’ ‘They’re hunting in there for a good game’ and other such childish malarkey.
