I was excited that this game was going to be a good jumping off point for those of us that have never played any if the previous games. But then I read this article and didn’t understand half the words in it and now I’m worried again.

I had mild interest in this game before I heard about this. I think they just convinced me to buy it. Even if I never play it, I’ll be happy to support this idea with my money.

My friend and I are not very good at destiny pvp, and really were only playing trials to clear the record book. That being said, we are all at 367 light and kept getting matched with 380s with adept weapons. Good times were not had.

I played EQ for 2 or 3 years, only stopping because of Shadows of Luclin or whatever that expansion was called killing the east Commons tunnel market. I’d never heard this story, and had no idea the sleeper has ever been killed. This was definitely a fun read 😊

I would imagine that having your hands trapped inside that box in Statik is a way for them to have you keep both hands on the Dualshock without breaking any sort of immersion. Assuming this is a dualshock based game and not a PS Move controller based game. Just the first thought I had when I saw it.

I saw none of these trailers (other than 5th wave, ugh) at the Thursday night 7pm 3D showing I attended. We got jungle book and some others, biggest positive reactions came from an animated film about what pets do when their owners leave for the day

I played GTA Online sporadically, never made it to rank 100, and I ended up accruing probably around 4 million bucks doing jobs/heists/competitive games. That’s after I spent GTA $ on the top tier apartment and a full garage of fun cars. And almost never in a party, just with matchmaking. It’s not as much of a chore…

Then you’ve literally done exactly what you should have done to avoid being spoiled on a live competition that you’re interested in watching.

But that means nothing in pvp (weapon stats are balanced out across the board, whether they be year 1 or year 2) and all your story missions and strikes from vanilla destiny are still there for you to play. If you choose not to buy the expansion, but expect to enjoy the extra content anyway, there’s something wrong…

Flip side to that coin. My father, who was the biggest Star Wars fan I’ve ever known, passed away last summer. I’ll be buying him a ticket and saving a seat for him at my local theater.
