There was an interview with Turner where the scene where Bateman chases the prostitute with a chainsaw was supposed to be a nod to what Stone's version likely would have looked like.

Urinal cotton candy.

He did a variation of that already.

He shows that a corndog possessed by pure evil can get pretty far in politics.

He refers to himself as 'The Spaniard' too, which is pretty amusing in its own right.

We really have a bad habit of fucking up lots of things.

It's one of the few films where I'd say I loved it more than the book (although, to be fair, I really hated the book so it was a low bar to jump over).

I know the disappearance of a student at Bennington College in the 1940s (and her general hatred of that school) also inspired Hangsaman, so that made me laugh.

*'Subhuman'-Garbage

Goddamn, that would have been a glorious name.

I love it so much. Mary Harron and Guinevere Turner deserved Oscar nods.

Too much or too little?

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, 'AF!'

Geek Love has been on my list for ages. Okay, it needs to get bumped near the top.

I missed you too!

I can't wait to hear your thoughts on it this time around!

Ooooooooo, even better!

Awwwwwwww, thank you. It's been an up and down few weeks.

In other words, bottoms up!

American Psycho (the film), which I'm seeing tomorrow!
