Basically the muscles/ligaments are damaged and you can’t work the injured area. So, when nothing shows up to alert the doctors, the doctors don’t know how to fix the problem.

This actually makes some sense. I used to have a muscle imbalance in my shoulder that made it pull forward and caused a lot of pain and discomfort, but there wasn’t detectable damage you could see on an x-ray or MRI.

I guess this is another learning point on how to accept those you care about, Fultz and all.
