Dude ... the analysis has already been done. Supposedly, the DNA test on the rape kit showed that Kane DNA was not found. Not surprisingly, the victim’s lawyer never pointed that out. He went on about tampering. He’s trying to make the rape kit inadmissible in court. It’s fishy on both sides.

First thing - I’m not a Kane apologist.

Just trying to work out how any of this makes sense, because everyone seems to think it was a crooked cop protecting Kane.

But 1- If the previous leak was correct, tampering only hurts Kane.

2 - wouldn’t the evidence have processed regardless?
