What?! When was this?
What?! When was this?
Damnit, I don't know why I really want this to actually be Ashton Kutcher.
It was on tv the other day and I passed on it. Is it worth a watch?
Despite being a fan of most of their long time artists, I first heard of Asian Man Records from the Christian ska band Five Iron Frenzy. Of some of my favorite bands, they're the only one that still tours and yet I have never seen live.
Aw, I enjoyed Invasion.
They didn't write her out, she left for the Good Wife to play Archie's love interest. Sadly, that coincided with the destruction of Archie's character via backstage drama. So her character never got the screentime deserved.
My twitter feed exploded with this show last night. I remember the show but good reviews here but sadly they aren't covering it anymore.
I'll have to look through a copy. I remember a lot of those books were pretty meh, but I'll have to take a look.
I used to sell used books on Amazon and I gained most of my inventory via auction of giant bins of books that I would then sort through, keeping the good stuff and throwing out the rest to be pulped. My colleagues/rivals would chuck out all of the Calvin and Hobbes! I'd always rescue the copies and give them to a…
The fact that the Mindy Project still exists while Enlisted doesn't disgusts me. I wish Hulu or Netflix saved shows that didn't get their full chance, instead of resurrecting mangled remains of awful properties
Probably too late for anyone to see this comment, but I sling merch at a few venues in town if a band needs a seller. Well this past weekend I had the show of a lifetime: RuPaul's Drag Race Battle of the Seasons! Oh my god, there were 31 different styles of t-shirts. It was like Hot Topic watched Hairspray and…
He only has gout to show for it.
And now has gout in his foot!
I chose not to touch screamo since the singer duties are often split between clean and unclean vocalists and just make a mess of lineups. However, DGD was the 2nd band to come to mind for me. As I commented elsewhere, Further Seems Forever immediately came to mind.
I was hoping there would be an emo fan on staff who'd have mentioned Further Seems Forever. They had three singers over three albums, with Chris Carabba (who left to focus on his solo act, Dashboard Confessional) on the first, they picked up Jason Gleason (of Affinity) for their second album, and then recorded two…
God that wandering accent was terrible. You're completely on point though with Anozie and Smurfit. I'll add to that list and say I enjoyed Thomas Kretschman's take on Van Helsing. Would have loved to have seen where they might have gone with that character.
Damn it! Put a Terriers trigger warning for Christ sake!
It's terrible that there is no mention of Linklater's other feature length book adaption released in 2006, A Scanner Darkly. Kinda surprised the commentariat has not mentioned it either.
Yeah, I think he was being blackmailed by a male hooker or something. The thought of him being ashamed of himself in some way other than the obvious weight issue makes me sad.
I loved That 80's Show cause it was the first show I'd ever watched that was set in my home of San Diego. Plus Brittany Daniel and Chyler Leigh…. mmmmm.
