Why? Overdosing is the natural danger to abusing drugs and is a risk you take when you break the law.

Because they got over-prescribed legal opiates like Oxycontin and Percocet, got hooked on those, stopped getting their scripts, and realized heroin was close enough.

They’re feeling under attack & perceive their livelihood being threatened by immigrants, blacks, liberals and everyone but corporate America. Take us out of the equation & I bet their addictions will quadruple since they won’t have targets for their failures.

Well my impressions were always that drug addiction was hard to break away from no matter what methods or steps are taken. White people can’t even quit smoking or drinking without going through a Twelve Step program or entering rehab, so I doubt they’ll have much success with these.

I remember learning that heroin was another-level-from-other-drugs dangerous in the early 90's. And before that even you had a large # of public celebrity/musician deaths in the 60's-70's from it.

Pretty much, hence the reason they’re doing something. As Rooo set BISH PLZ pointed out (upthread, my device won’t let me link), they didn’t help when crack cocaine was plaguing our people.

Isn’t the opiate issue mostly an issue affecting white people in America? If so then doing nothing about it seems the sensible option to me.
