Well that’s incredibly stupid. Comparing doing community service to pay a fine they can’t afford, to slavery is intellectually dishonest, ignorant and a false comparison.

This should be a pretty easy problem to fix. You’re poor and can’t afford to pay your traffic ticket? Here’s X amount of hours of community service you have to do to get it cleared.
