This breaks my heart. My sister in law is a teacher in OTR in Cincinnati and she says she used to cry every day because of the conditions her students would come to school in. These kids don’t even stand a chance.

How does a lawsuit like this one work and what does a bed check entail? Do they just walk by to make sure that there isn’t any blood or someone hanging from the rafters or do they have to wake them up every fifteen minutes?
