Since her transition I believe so since she went to prison right after it was taken.

Color me not surprised in the least.

That Is just the cutest damn thing.

Correct. What’s your point?

People here don’t want to hear about facts, they just want people to agree with them

They could pretty much do whatever they want with it and there’s not much of anything we could do to stop it. That’s what’s happened in the history of conflict for pretty much ever. If you want me to be blunt, the US won, the native tribes lost.

No we would go kick Canada’s ass. That’s what tribes tried to do and they lost.

Not the same thing since I am a member of my municipality. These Native American tribes and their lands were separate and sovereign from the United States. Yes it sucks the way the U.S. treated them and the way they went about it, but that doesn’t take away the fact that the U.S. took that land. It is now federal

Again it’s not fake news, and yes. It is much more efficient and carbon neutral than any other mode of transportation of oil being extracted. I’m not even going to get into your alternative energy tirade because that’s a straw man and not relevant to the discussion. I’m all for alternative energy sources but we still

The op is under the impression that this pipeline is being built for oil wells that haven’t been built yet. That is what I was referring to, it’s just a different mode of transportation for oil that’s already being extracted. The pipeline is already 99% finished.

Because it won’t be environmentally disruptive or dangerous. It would actually be cleaner than current methods of transporting the oil being extracted. There is nothing fake about it. You sitting there yelling fake news over and over like a two year old having a temper tantrum doesn’t make it less true.

Except that it’s not illegally occupied land. At all.

So my statement is completely accurate, it just sucks the way it became federal land. It’s not inaccurate to say it’s federal land because it is most definitely federal land.

The pipeline is not being run in Sioux lands. 99% of it is private land and the river crossing spot is on federal land. Not tribe land.

But it’s not fake. It’s an actual thing. It doesn’t matter who says it, that’s nothing more than an ad hominem. Nothing I said is fake and is easily verifiable.

Lol, well I’m used to that.

You’re either trolling or an idiot. Either way ten seconds and a google search will educate you.

Because it’s a statement of fact?

The oil that would be transported by this pipeline is already being produced, it’s just currently being transported by more carbon intensive means such as truck transport. This pipeline won’t create more digging.

While I sympathize for your cause, pretty much everything you said is false. The pipeline is on 99% private property. The section that is on federal land is not on the Standing Rock reservation. They performed archaeological digs and found no evidence of burial sites or any other artifacts. One of the main reasons
