I have to point out some wrong information. In the Best Buy list you say that Microsoft Office Home and Student 3-PC license is normally $129.99, that's not true. It's normally $149.99, so it's actually $50 off.

By the way, regardless of what side of the fence you sit on with the lawsuit in question. This is extremely similar and easily mistaken for the other at first glance. As far as the cases have turned out so far, it seems the judges agree.

I love when people use the word sheeple. I really do. I'm a PC man, I've built 3 computers for myself over the years and will never use a Mac. I just like Windows more, but yet I have an iPhone. You know why? Because it's simple, it makes my phone experience uncomplicated and I like that. It's that simple. So

This problem doesn't just affect the 4S as it started happening to my iPhone 4 a week or so after I got iOS 5 installed. It's definitely a software issue. My phone would drain ridiculously fast when it wasn't even doing something. I ended up fixing it by doing a fresh restore and then re-adding my content. No idea

Good thing we were talking about market share...oh wait we weren't. While a valid point and worthy of inclusion in this discussion, my attention was being given to the fact that regardless of patent lawsuits Apple would still be pushing this many units.

Lmao, yea you got that right. Totally the only way that Apple can compete....oh wait. They started the touchscreen smartphone revolution that led the entire smartphone industry to the point it's at when they first released the iPhone and, OH RIGHT, they did it again with jump starting the tablet market. Didn't they

I'm not too sure where most of the hate comes from on the 4S, and no I'm not a fanboy. The only thing separating this from an iPhone 5 is if Apple had put it in a different case. That's it. They've upgraded to a dual-core processor, more RAM, it drops when iOS5 launches and includes a totally new program(Siri).

pointless tablet is pointless

I can't agree with you. Going from a single core to dual core processor, and the increase in RAM are definitely the speed increases you spoke of. But it also looks like we're getting a thinner phone with a larger screen, and upgrades to the camera.

I this scene looks AND sounds great. Conroy is more of the "in his prime" Batman voice. They were looking for someone a bit younger sounding, someone who is still toying with his persona and getting used to things. Also, someone with a gravelly voice in the cowl, considering Miller's tale is the most gritty
