That is what I have been guessing is going on after this passed two days. I'm thinking they found some gaping hole in their security and now have to plug it. I bet it's not a recent one, either, or they never back up their shit and can't revert to a version that predates the problem.

Did not know Fleming wrote the book, but it kind of makes sense considering the huge amount of stuff Bond's cars could do.

This, exactly.

If it means getting more reviews like this, I hope they make at least four more, shot back to back.

Oh, er... with the exception of the recommendations, that too was satire. Joking around, as it were.

I was about to second guess my initial reaction to this series (the first person that recommended it to me was a huge toolshed) because everyone seems to talk it up good, but now that I know it's not all just macho men doing macho stuff with a little bit of soft erotica sprinkled on, you can count me out for good.

M14 for me... Unless I can find a good deal on .50 Beowulf ammo, then I will take two of those.

That CRJ-700 only weighs about 34 tons, fully loaded.

But... but... but someone has a different opinion than me!

Pfft, the Super 3DBoy iPhone Game System is better, it's got buttons!

In the case of Blade Runner, the production company changed it after it was out of Scott's hands, having Harrison Ford do a voice over and adding a happy - rather than ambiguous - ending. The directors cut has a hugely different feel.

You know what? I think that makes this a pretty fair competition.

If you go back to SHEA's front page, it's right there... posted on the 31st. They don't seem like the April Fools type, either.

Blade Runner wasn't that good a movie. The VO work was distracting and the ending, where they're driving away into the sunset? What the hell was that? Seriously. Damn shame they wasted all that plot and stunning visuals on it.

Shit, I saw the Blade Runner theatrical release (not in theaters, just on VHS) and that was not that a good movie. Unfortunately, that was my first impression of Blade Runner. The eventual Directors and Final cuts were much better, but that doesn't change which version I think of when I think of Blade Runner.

Chupacabra. They're all over Mexico.

Yes. This situation calls for everyone to be driving huge, manly trucks that will scare the radiation away with their machismo.

Despite being old and somewhat dangerous, I'm going to miss seeing them launch those.
