I went to Catholic school in the US, was taught evolution, that the 1st Testament was not actual history, but a collection of stories meant to teach lessons, and was encouraged to explore other faiths, belief systems etc.

My reading of "another individual" is to cover hospital volunteers and the like. Individuals who work at the hospital or other facility, are privy to private information, but are not considered employees.

I can see this working, if it wasn't a glazed donut. Deep fried spam sandwich? Sounds kinda crazy, but no worse than any other weird deep fried concoction that people love. But I also enjoy Spam, so that may be part of it.
