yeah, this weirded me out when I moved to NZ, but from what I understand by folks who have gone through the process, pretty much every single doctor will conclude that if you DO want an abortion, your mental health would be at risk if you DON’T get one. I think it was just written that way to to appease the bible

Yes this is true, but most doctors and and family planning clinics will fast track you through by using the mental health reason. You still have to do a mandatory counselling sesh, but I don’t think that is a bad thing. 24 days IS too long tho, I am stoked we are getting this. The Wairarapa is actually a large rural

I’m not who you were asking, but I am from New Zealand.

That was all I use to date, but I'm finally learning to stay away.

Yes, if he still looked like this and didn’t say words:

Yep. But it's accepted by those providing abortions that any unwanted pregnancy is a risk to a woman's health. So it's criminal, but it's also free and available (although you have to wait a long time) because all these doctors believe that abortion should be freely available.

To clear this up, this is the same law as the UK. In practice, pregnancy is always more dangerous to the mothers health than abortion and doctors who object have to refer the patient to another who won’t object. The two doctors signing off thing: one is the referring doctor and the other is the doctor performing the

It’s similar to a cat eye, but smaller/less bold- I find it easier because with less of a flick at the corner, there’s less to mess up!

First day back from playing hooky? No makeup. FTW

Airplane aisles are one of the most unpleasant places in the universe. All those people standing SO CLOSE to you, flight attendants squeezing by, people elbowing and jostling you trying to get themselves situated, UGH. If I can get on the plane before the people pile up too much, get to my seat, strap in, and put in

Two reasons: first you increase your chances of getting an overheard bin if you’ve brought a carry on, which more people do rather than pay to check bags. Second (my reason) is you don’t have to stand around waiting for all the other people in front of you to sit down. I’d rather get on a plane first or last just so I

That’s something I think was left out of the article. A ton of people probably have status just because of a credit card they carry rather than actually flying 25k miles per year.

So I’m a non-status flyer. I’m also thrifty and I used to be somewhat poor, but not so poor that I didn’t save what money I could to travel. I simply love flying places.

I took a sleeper seat flight last year. IT IS THE BEST THING.

My friends went beyond this. His Russian, traditional family expected a tall, garish cake, no regard for taste. So they had a cake where only the bottom layer was really cake, the top two (or three?) were frosted cardboard.

Them’s fighting words, ya Coastie. No worries, I can’t hear you over how cheap my gas is.

I’m big into rosés in the summer: good with barbecue, pasta with fresh sauce, and salads. But I refuse to spend more than around $12 bucks on a bottle on a rosé; that seems to defeat the whole purpose.

I don’t mind shitty wine if I make it into a spritzer, or if I’m just trying to get drunk fast. But if I’m trying to have a sensory experience, I want goooooood wine. And I’ve developed a palate that can absolutely tell the difference, even if I’m nowhere near connoisseur level.

Yep. It sucks that support always seems to be at someone’s expense!

I feel like there IS a hate on about skinny girls right now (especially in pop music!) I have a small, skinny teen who sees an endocrinologist and she hears comments about her lack of booty and obvious anorexia and no boobs and eat a sandwich on the regular. ALL FROM OTHER GIRLS.
