For this to never, ever happen.

If that ‘regular’ racist guy is mean-mugging other customers and making them feel unsafe, then BWW is well within their rights to ask him to knock it off, or leave. The problem is that white people tend to be terrible judges of this kind of behavior.

I don’t automatically assume there was a racist customer to accommodate.

I think this is a rare sighting of that “cancel culture” conservatives are always ranting about.

Not only did he “win” by not having to movie or sit near black people, but he’s most likely still welcomed to be a regular customer there.  That guy should be outed and banned from ever eating there for being the racist root of the problem.

Not only that, but find out who that customer was, and ban them from the restaurant, if of course, there was a customer complaint at all. It might have just been the employees actin’ a whole ass fool!

White never beats green.

Leaving was the right choice.

The comments under her post were downright horrific. It ranged from “Well Why didn’t you just move?” to “Was it really that big of a deal?” I want to know who in the fuck was the cracker that didn’t want anyone of color sitting by his or her pasty ass? Maybe those patrons didn’t want to sit by his pigmentally

We rarely get shit, let us have it.

I mean I acknowledge that religions — and atheism, by the way — have done some awful things.

People can be shitty. Religious or otherwise. There is PLENTY of secular violence throughout history. Science supported/justified racism alongside (not because of) religion. Pol Pot didn’t massacre 1.5 million Cambodians because of his religious beliefs. Hitler utilized religion to justify the holocaust, he also used

After all that, you don’t even know what atheism is. It is the inverse of theism, pretty simple. If you believe in a god(s), you are a theist. If you are an atheist, you lack that belief. It is not a positive claim, nor it is a belief system. It is, quite literally, the lack of belief in a god. A-theism.

Name a single motherfucking “awful” thing that is directly attributable to atheism.

Jezspin forever

I’m crying from laughter. This is excellent.

My parents left my siblings and I with some evangelical cousins one year while they went to my grandparents who needed some help.

People tell me I did my daughters a terrible disservice by not introducing them to Christianity so they could make an “informed choice” on their own.

This makes me thankful that my parents didn’t raise me to have any particular religious beliefs. While all of the scenarios these places present are deeply disturbing and inappropriate for children this one:

Premarital sex? Gay marriage? Satanic D&D? When do we get to the bad stuff, exactly?
