100% my feelings. I thought maybe a post scene showing a statue of Jack and Ashi fighting Aku in the Scottsman's village would've been amazing (maybe with Jack's real name inscribed on it?).

Why can't all those characters exist in the future? Aku didn't create them. Maybe they're yet to be born in an Aku-free world of peace and happiness? I am very, VERY much hoping for a "conventional" ending. Samurai Jack deserves it in light of five season of Aku's tormenting.

My wife and I had the same cringing reaction and have watched every "Bojack" episode repeatedly EXCEPT this one. It is every parent's worst nightmare put out there as no other show would dare - even "Madmen." We got chills, and not the good kind.
