Admittedly, it’s much easier for them to release comedy specials because the comedians do all of the work. They just have to get them a venue, an audience, and help them edit it. I saw him perform this live last year at JFL42 in Toronto. I saw a lot of great comedians during the festival but this might have been my favourite. It was amazing. Funny and emotional and poignant and hit me in the feels as a immigrant. He’s an amazingly talented storyteller. Will definitely watch it again.
