100%. Also Canadian, live and work downtown Ottawa. Defacing statues and monuments. Closing down malls and stores by refusing to wear masks. Displacing the needs of actual homeless people with their bullshit. Parking their vehicles on people’s property, blocking them in/out. Driving around in circles through

Minor quibble: Terry Fox wasn’t a cancer researcher. He was an advocate for cancer research, which is related but not quite the same. He had a kind of bone cancer - I knew the specific kind once - and had his leg amputated in an attempt to stop the spread. In order to raise money for cancer research, he decided to run

My FIL’s SL500 would like a word with you! Runs flawlessly and is very comfortable to drive. Maintenance costs are not exorbitant for a car that cost $90k($165k with inflation). Its not maintenance free, but its never devastating

“What!? I’m sorry I’m driving in traffic and I can’t hear you over my mid-90s BMW's armrest carphone!”

High-end BMWs, Benzs, and Audis from the mid-90s.

Exactly this. I’m pro 2nd Amendment but would absolutely support tighter regulations on who can own/carry firearms. These days in TX you don’t even have to prove you can hit a target anymore.

Not to mention the abject lack of focus on mental health in this country. Many Americans—and gunowners—aren’t even aware of that phenomenon.

Yeah, the normal responsible firearm owners always get shit on when things like this happen. We need stricter gun control to keep firearms out of hands such as these.

I’m a gun owner, and I use it for target shooting and I sometimes take it into the mountains for large animal protection if I’m alone (I also carry bear spray as a first line of defense). I’m also a very even keeled person, not prone to emotional outbursts. But even I know that carrying a weapon daily only makes this

Anything labeled as sport(y) and has a CVT as a transmission. This is old moped technology. Yes I’m looking at all of your vehicles Nissan and some of the Subaru’s....

The Ford Ecosport is a bad vehicle in every conceivable way and should Ford should be ashamed for still selling it in this market.

Actually the Charger still sells about 60K units a year, and since the tooling was amortized probably 10 years ago, it’s basically a money printing machine for Stellantis.

Counterpoint: an old chassis means that there will be a lot of parts availability and easy swaps between years.

I had a 300 as a rental last week. I was impressed by how well it still fills the niche of “big American sedan”, but there isn’t really anything else to compare it to. It was pretty comfy, and pretty quiet, and probably an Avalon is the only thing in the same realm that’s targeted more toward comfort than sportiness.

Why? They’re farmed like any other crop, are fast growing, and aren’t made of plastic. At the end of the season some states will often take them to shred for mulch that they use in water conservation projects.

WTF are you on about? Real trees stay in the ground for 3-15 years depending on the variety and height, and are immediately replanted the next season. They don’t require fertilizer, do not require pesticides and are usually sold hyper-locally (certainly not shipped from China). They can be recycled into mulch and are

Most sources say real trees are better for the environment than fake ones.

Hmmm. Looks like a Civic hatchback mated with an old Genesis Coupe.

If by “passengers” you mean “the person in the left rear seat specifically” you’re not topping the Toyota Century.

The magic seats in the Honda Fit.
