You’re ignoring the fact that this is an MMO. People don’t want an MMO that gets old and boring. They want something they can play A LOT for A LONG TIME. When that doesn’t happen, we complain because we didn’t get what we thought we were getting. Same thing happened with Destiny and for the same reasons.
