She's not making him eat hot sauce. She's making him hold it in his mouth for extended periods of time so that it burns his tongue. Eating an entire bar of soap may be "toxic and potentially lethal" but holding it in your mouth or having your mouth "washed out" with it is not going to kill you. It's disgusting at

That's unfortunate.

Uhhh, does this article seriously consist of "To dot your nail polish, dot your nail polish?"

To be fair, the "was she hot?" was before the actual rapiness of the situation was clear. After that, I think it was more uncomfortable joking by those on stage than any facade of admiration.

Isn't it also possible that she's leaning her torso over a bit to give more of an impression of curvaceousness? Her arms don't look that awkward to me.

Oh my god, I had no idea I'm supposed to tip the groomer.

The amount of people I've heard defending her behavior in the past few days is so utterly disgusting to me. The whole "children need more discipline" argument has no application to this scenario. Perhaps they do, but there's a gigantic difference between putting soap in a child's mouth and putting hot sauce in it.

Sounds like your husband is a dick.

This is precious and makes me want to have a baby so much more.

She looks gorgeous. Good for her.

The civil case is still going forward.

Not that she would have won in court, but I think they settled with her.

I'm not saying I WANT it to happen, I'm just saying that I'm not going to hang myself if it did. Which it won't. Because she won't even get the nomination.

At first, the idea of Bachmann winning made me extremely anxious. Now, I'm kind of just like — meh. It would suck (and won't happen) but even if she did win, she can't really do shit. We still have a legislature and judicial system to stop her from being Dictator Jesusette Bachmann.

I wish I knew how to nominate a #COTD

This is the correct ruling.

How come it's always such a lovely, large round number? Nobody ever says, "Oh yeah, I'm a 36 year old vampire."

Lactose and tolerant?

At this point I have to wonder if people in Bachmann's campaign are doing this purposely just for shits and giggles.

Mine too. And frankly, I think it's the people with parents like this that don't end up having problems with alcohol.
