I was under the impression that Dr. Drew was an internist, not a psychiatrist. And yes, we may be offering opinions and diagnoses on people we've never met, but we're not publicly broadcasting those opinions as credible to millions of people.

Of course the photographer has a right. They're all in public places, where there is no expectation of privacy, and beyond that, there are no identifying attributes of the women in any of the pictures. Pandora's box was opened long ago — ever heard of paparazzi?

I find that incredibly difficult to believe. The other exam takers may not have moved, but there are proctors and security swarming the place and they're all trained in how to deal with those kind of situations.
