I had a CVT in my Lancer, and used the paddle shifters to go between gears which was extremely fun. I imagine a more digital approach. You have an H pattern shifter, except that when you change gear it digitally chooses that gear, just as it digitall choses it via paddle shifters. That'd be fun.
