I think it’s having Hulk’s weakness be getting less angry. Something like, a meter for his rage and boredom. If you’re not actively in combat, you’re slowly turning into Bruce, but as you fight your hulk gets stronger and stronger. Space out the sections so that you’re trying to conserve enough rage to move forward.

Yeah, I watched all the way through something-works arc and when they hit the Grand Line and nothing really happened, I knew this series wasn’t for me.
