Nah. CBS owns the Star Trek IP, including the characters, places, ships, etc. Paramount is actually licensee. Paramount has exclusive rights to Star Trek feature films, so CBS can’t do their own movies with (say) Fox. Paramount likely (private deal so no way to know for sure) also has ownership of the IP it creates…
