There much of a difference between PC-HD and the DE? I’ve seen comparisons, but they usually don’t state explicitly that the old version uses the HD textures.

That B-52 *is* actually flying a negative AoA and each has a quite different AoA. Downside of optimizing for high altitude flight is that the pilot stares at the ground when down low. AoI is a structural feature of the plane, and affects AoA, but isn’t a flight measurement.

I watched Suicide Squad and Thor 2, for the first time, on the same day this week. Thor made far less sense than the DC movie and had fewer likable characters (subjective). Less even than BvS (plotwise, characterwise no comic movie has had less likable leads than BvS).

Bullshit. I watched Thor 2 this past week. That story made zero fucking sense. Not the premise. Not the characters’ actions. Not the ending.

Disney/Marvel have made a lot of movies, but honestly, they’re not all equally good. Iron Man 2, Thor 2, Avengers 2, and Captain America 1 were all perfunctory to mediocre. Not every Marvel movie is a GotG or a Civil War.

2 & 6 are kinda bullshit. They basically amount to “Be rich, have rich relatives or wait 10 years while living in your current situation”.

A-10 rarely uses wing tanks. They’re usually only carried on ferry flights. They obstruct too many of the pylons and are *really* heavy and the A-10 can’t climb for shit even when clean.

No...once you stick a F-35 class sensor on a drone, that drone now costs almost as much as the F-35.

Dude, they use B-1 bombers for CAS and one of those cost about half a billion dollars once you adjust for inflation and upgrades. You can get about 5.5 F-35 for that.

You can’t, actually. Sensor systems, particularly those as sophisticated and integrated as the F-35, will *not* physically fit in the A-10, and will not work correctly if you could because you have to design the aircraft to give those sensors proper windows.
