The title of this video should be “What would you look like if you never started smoking?”
Looks like an a basic UJM (parallel twin style) to me. Respectable, basic motorcycle. If I had need of an errand bike it might be something to consider.
Gear I have on every ride, no matter how short. Even the 1/2 to the gas station.
If I see a car that’s debadged I get that twitch. Debadged cars say to me “salvaged vehicles’. If I see re-badged all I think is “child drives this car”
I have an old digital camera that smells like gas sitting in the garage.
Fuck ethanol with barbed tiger penises.
Carb tip #218 - Find the sizes for all the damn screws and buy replacements before hand.
Guy around the block from me has a blue esprit. Weird seeing an old exotic parked on the street in my quaint little neighborhood.
I think the thought process is that in a war against any semi competent adversary with semi modern air defenses (now and in the next 10-20 years), the 4 F-18E may not even make it into the target area without relying on a lot of other assets.
The Avalon rules so hard it knocked a Lexus back to 1983.
The reason is torque. V-rod is a nice around town bike for stop light fun but not everyone wants to be running it up the rev range to out accelerate everyone.

Thats how much modern aircraft cost. Too often people take the price of the original model released decades ago and apply inflation. That’s bs. A modern f16 cost 60 to 80 million. An f15e cost 110+ million. A eurofighter cost 125+. A super hornet is 70 to 85million. A Rafale is 100 million.
Ok Kids,
Usually for standard services, the billable hours are by the book. Not by how long the car is in their possession. For diagnostic, troubleshooting stuff where they need to run the car up to operating temperature and drive the car, an additional “2 miles” is perfectly reasonable.
In 1987, Mustang GT’s we going for 12K-15K. At least thats what people actually paid for them from what I recall. That held true up to at least 91-92 (when I visited the dealerships and priced them out)
