I don’t trust autonomous cars with where the technology right now. Sure Teslas and other higher end autonomous driving systems are fine on highways. I don’t see them being remotely ready for city/town driving any time soon. If you throw in shitty weather, I trust them even less.

I would recommend earplugs for your son, even when he’s older. The trucks are a lot louder than they sound in videos, especially if you go to an indoor arena.
