He’s very much Henry Ford, without the virulent racism and Nazi sympathy.

Right - because Guy has never delivered on anything he’s promised. He may be ambitious (to be generous) with his goals, but he succeeds on a lot of his goals.
and not to belittle the seriousness of this, someone could have been killed. However the crowd changes from a group of protesters into a gang of rioters when they imprison civilian vehicles. I’m all for protesting the wrong actions going an, but I am 100% against surrounding cars and threatening other civilians trying…

Let’s create a just society by improving education, providing food and essentials for those in need, better city planning etc. Toppling statues, looking for vague symbols to be offended by, and cancel culture are a regression.
Bingo. I re-read this piece. Westbook using what you quoted above to claim a significant chunk of NASCAR (I assume he’s referring to the org, teams, etc., since the fans wouldn’t have had garage access) wishes this on Bubba Wallace is a massive low blow. It’s more typical of the bullshit associated with Gawker and…
There’s some comparisons to make- not with smollet/wallace himself, but with the media like Giz/Root/Jalop who were quick to use this to push a popular agenda before waiting for the facts, and then were strangely silent....
...the FBI is not necessarily a reliable authority on crimes against Black people. The organization who harassed and surveilled Martin Luther King, Jr for years, has determined that this is a harmless, non-hate-crime noose.
To be fair to dodge how many problems can their 2 cars have after 13+ years in production? I figure those should be worked out by now
“It should be noted that, as an organization with a long history of harming Black people, the FBI is not necessarily a reliable authority on crimes against Black people. The organization who harassed and surveilled Martin Luther King, Jr for years, has determined that this is a harmless, non-hate-crime noose.”
Once again, we have a better comment than the article itself for the most part. I don’t think that Bubba will need to live with anything, as he’s not the one that cried foul. He just reacted to what others presented to him, and I’d have done the same. But Justin is really, REALLY reaching here. I mean get a load of…
All this for a garage door strap that’s been there for months... modern outrage culture at it’s best
Arguments of is it or is it not a noose are irrelevant; what is relevant is if that noose-like door pull was put there as a direct message/threat to Bubba Wallace - which it has been concluded that the rope had been there before he arrived, and it was a random selection of the garage.
If anyone starts comparing this to Jessie Smullet, get out. Now.
He should sell 2 or 3 of the cars he’s not using and expand his budget to fix the other(s). I don’t really understand the purpose of clinging to the other non-functioning vehicles if none of them work and he doesn’t have $ to fix them
But as a crossover/thing, I’d say it looks pretty damn good. Especially in that color.
Compared to it’s ICE crossover competition(rav4, CRV), I actually don’t think it looks bad!
When giving your opinion on things, I think you should legally have to include that you drive a Dodge Dart.
