I don't know the answer to that. I guess it could be frozen, thawed then cured.

Fresh wild Sockeye Salmon is in season right now and the grocery stores, costco and others have it for maybe the next month. I was also inspired by that previous weekend's WSJ piece and made it 2 different ways with Sockeye which is a darker deeper color. It's not that hard to make and it does freeze well too.

I love that in the song list for the deluxe version on Amazon they mention "We Can Fuck" is [Explicit]. You think?

Nonsense! I was watching it on HBO first-run. I ran into David Cross in a bar in San Francisco after season 3 and told him I was a fan. He was with a few of the writers and was very gracious. I also had the pleasure of being at the live taping of their very last episode (first taping of 2). It was very cool to

Knock that off right meow!

Just posted, couldn't agree more.  Soul Mining is damn near a perfect album.

I literally wore out my The The Soul Mining LP back in the day.  Some of my friends and I played it a ridiculous amount of times.  It's an incredible album, especially for a debut.  "Uncertain emotions force an uncertain smile" is one of my favorite lines ever and I dig the Jools Holland piano solo.  The 12" of
