Yep, I’m pretty familiar with them. The 1MZ-FE first debuted in the 1994 ES300 and 1994 Camry in the United States.

Except, that’s a 3VZ-FE pictured. The 1MZ-FE had the supercharger. They’re both 3.0L V6s, but the 3VZ is iron block and the 1MZ is aluminium.

But it’s a Club Car!

I came here to post this.

Your articles are still amusing, anyways.

Suddenly I’m on Gizmodo. No... wait. This is Jalopnik.

Hmmmm. And you were using compound, eh? Probably just needs to be polished out. I'd post here and get some more input though.

I'd have to see a picture of it.

Is it worth the extra cost over the regular Bee Arr Zee?

They're minivan engines from the late 90s. No one is going to be upset if you forget what they're called. Haha.

I’m unfamiliar with the VR5 and Honda V5, and too Monday tired/lazy to google it. So I won’t comment on that. Haha. But yes, engine types are defined by the angle of the conrods. NOT the head setup, as you originally suggested. :) Or maybe you meant VR engines are just narrow angle V engines with a single head. I need

I see VR engines as just a more specific label put on a narrow angle V engine. It’s still a V engine. (I never said it wasn’t a VR engine.)

Subaru engines are 180 degree “flat” or H engines. VR = narrow angle V engine.

Uhm. An engine is a Vee engine if the pistons are not all on the same plane. I never understood the “but it has one head hurp derp” argument. It’s all based on the angle of conrods.

Torch. What the hell, man.

ftfy.

I have an 06 XR automatic (1zz-fe, 130hp). It’s an okay little daily driver. Gutless engine, but it has enough torque for buzzing around town. I’ve driven an 07 XRS 6-speed as well (2zz-ge, 180hp). That engine really didn’t help the car much, although the 6-speed made things much more fun. Probably because there’s no

Which is exactly why you DO NOT want a patrolman’s P71. You want a detective’s or a supervisor’s P71.
