I’m a maybe purchaser for it. I have a launch day Quest 1 and never even considered the Q2 with all the issues it’s had with build quality, straps breaking, etc. Plus it wasn’t enough of an upgrade for me and in some cases like the IPD slider change it was a downgrade. I’ll keep an eye on the Q3 and see how it looks.

Apple is long known for being paranoid about data leaks and not just of the “left an iPhone prototype in a bar” type. I know someone who worked for Apple when there was a lot of noise about US Customs agents seizing traveler’s laptops about 10-12 years ago. He was frequently going to China for manufacturing ramp-ups

I absolutely agree that the video quality will always be better on the physical media and you definitely have that issue of never really owning anything.

Just to be pedantic - 4 movies

I feel like leaving out “The Land Before Time” universe is alienating the millennials! I can’t wait for “Land Before Time 30: Littlefoot visits the museum” which should be an excellent followup to “Land Before Time 27: Ducky...in...SPACE!!!!!” where the gang discovers their ancient alien ancestors. 28 & 29 where Cera

It’s even stupider when you consider that Steve DaSilva says Renner bought the Snowcat to create the sledding run for his kids - makes it sound even more “rick person” indulgent. The Instagram link IN THE ARTICLE includes pictures of it from 2 years ago along with several videos of him using it to plow the road.

Check your source. He clearly bought the Snowcat 2 years ago - it’s at the very beginning of the instagram stories. He didn’t buy it JUST to build the sledding hill for his kids. He’s way up in the mountains where one storm can drop several feet of snow. He bought it to plow the road he and several neighbors live on.

Hey! Good socks are God’s greatest gift to mankind! You’ll have to pry my Stance socks from my cold dead feet!

100% agree on the book. I just finished the audio last week and really enjoyed it. I can’t believe what his life was like growing up. I also learned WAY more about apartheid - I had no idea just how bad it was. I knew it was bad...but dear god...

My Toyota Highlander is about the limit size-wise for me and my wife. I had a full-size 1971 F-100 in high school which was fun in its own way, but no way would I have something that big for my daily driver now. I’ve had a few larger vehicles as rentals a couple times (Chevy Tahoe, Toyota Sequoia, F-350), and they

Haha, we have the same routine except it’s on Saturday night!

I love some of the random hyperfocus events I’ve had while high. Probably my favorite was sitting around a fire pit roasting marshmallows and looking at the stars. I think I ate about 15 marshmallows, spent 20 minutes thinking about how weird sandals are, and then had my mind blown thinking about the epic scale of the

My wife and I have a routine where we get high 2 nights/week after our kids are asleep. Then we just veg out and watch Adventure Time, Rick & Morty, Bob’s Burgers and La Brea (that show is somehow even more ridiculous while stoned).

Ok...I will admit to my shame I actually bought one of these last night. It was a long day of work and decorating for Halloween and we realized the family needed food at 8 p.m. Went to put a mobile order in for pickup and the Cactus Plant whatsit popped up in the app - I hadn’t even heard of it but they’re always

I will admit that I bought one of these last night and I’m 40. We were getting McD’s for dinner and it popped up in the app. I was going to get a 10 piece McNuggets meal anyway so I got it - but we only bought 1, not 50.

It’s apparently some sort of apparel line? Their main website redirects to this eldritch horror - https://cpfmmcdonalds.com/

Yeah, this is garbage. Check the Utah list:
1. Albertsons - There are 2 and they are a 4 hour drive from 90% of the population

I’m with you. It’s not bad, it’s just not as good as other MCU films. It has some fantastic character building moments and was pivotal for the Infinity saga. The villain, while being a real threat, was kind of meh. Eccleston did a good job, but I think they should have toned down his look a bit. He looked really

There was a donut shop across the street from my high school. My driver’s ed class was right after lunch so I went to the donut place and got 2 dozen raspberry filled donuts on the day we watched Red Asphalt, and told the teacher (who was also my track coach so I actually had a rapport with him) what I had brought. He
