There's no excuse. If you or I punched one of our colleagues, we'd be fired. If you or I punched one of our colleagues, while drunk, we'd definitely be fired.

If you look up other reports, you'll see that Jeremy Clarkson has been a racist, sexist, arrogant twat for years.
Neither should two convictions which logically cancel each other out be allowed.
I've been following this story and it makes be both angry and scared. These types of witch hunts are getting worse and they primarily target minority women. Using a discredited test should never be allowed.
I've finished the game twice now. I'm going to wait till all the dlc is out and get it all at once before i replay the game again.
Any bride and groom who EXPECTS this of you is unreasonable.
People who EXPECT gifts, and esepcially gifts of a certain amount, are assholes. I set up registries(both for physical gifts and honeymoon) if people WANT to give us gifts. By no means do I EXPECT gifts though, especially since more than half of our invite list are people coming from out of town. But, I did all of the…
Right. The yelling entitlement is also why I don't like Pinkham's columns.
My wedding cost about one thousand dollars, including rings and clothing and rented tents/chairs/etc and cake and all the rest. We had about 70 people in our backyard, and many of them had traveled to be here. Right there — that's our gift. They…
In the past few years I have started declining all invitations to engagement parties, bridal (and baby) showers and bachelorette parties. I can not recommend this strategy enough. I refuse to spend an entire year gearing up for someone else's wedding.
Thanks for that link, Jason. I'm not affected (I play it on PS4 lol) but it's nice to know they didn't ignore it. We might take a response like this for granted, but it should be noted that a lot of devs probably wouldn't take the extra effort to answer a technical question for you from outside their wheelhouse.
Karen Blake (or anyone in a similar position) should look into getting a sexual harassment suit filed through the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission). A thing that a lot of people don't realize is that for victims in most employment law cases, one can usually get free legal counsel through the EEOC—this…
Who's "we"? This law is being enacted by the Navajo Nation. I'm not sure they have the money to subsidize healthy foods to the point that they are freely available to all members. I feel pretty confident in speculating that they definitely don't have the money to put together whatever transit system you imagine that…
"Sir, sir! Let's punish them by making it more expensive, without changing the system that caused them to make those choices in the first place!"
Both are fine. Where did you hear otherwise?
Please tell me Doctor Who just tesseracted in and brought that from 1964?
YES! This whole "men are functionally useless anywhere inside the four walls of a home" trope is awful — and another example that I use with my students when we talk about how sexism and rigid stereotypes about gender hurt men as well.
What always gets me with these types of ads is that most of the husbands I know (myself included) do a majority of the cooking, housework, and half of the child care. Even as a guy, I HATE these types of ads because not only are they insulting to women, they're also insulting to the men who are the ones that may want…
Dear Old Guy,
