I mean, there is a really, really easy way to retcon it, too: just show the last scene of the show and then cut to a storyteller telling his story to the Royal Family (who look a bit different and are sitting in a room that doesn’t at all look like a warehouse) and he says, “And that’s how the Inhumans came to Earth.”

Humans are aliens... to aliens.

I doubt they will wait until then, but how cool would it be if when the movie ends, just before the credits, we get To Be Continued in and then the logo for the title card for the next movie?

- I do kinda want that poster

They weren’t just in the end credits scene. They also briefly appeared while Rocket, Yondu and the Sean Gunn, which is a cooler name than Taserface, were warping to Ego’s planet.

Is it dusty in here?

Yeah, this is clearly because io9 favors Marvel over DC and not because io9 favors, rightfully, Jeff Goldblum over everything.

....have you never seen Jeff Goldblum act? Even when it’s bad, it’s entertaining.

It did. Didn’t she remove the same little message of religious math or whatever from it’s leg and then discard it in a basket full of them? Seems like those birds have been delivering “prophecy” to nobody for a long time.

At this point, I think Marvel should just spin-off the Guardians of the Galaxy entirely into their own Cinematic Universe!

I think Lang might be too small, he’s only 5'10", Reynolds is 6'2" and Harbour is 6'3" with a slightly bigger frame. You don’t want Deadpool to overshadow Cable in physicality.

Trek predicted this one.

Yeah, but there WAS amazing news in DC this weekend:

Low temps? It’s 47 out. Rainy and chilly but for Jan this is ridiculously mild. It’s like climate change just showed up to protest. (I know it doesn’t work that way, but still).

“That’s not how the Force works.”

Wouldn’t really call that a trailer for Season 3 of The Man in the High Castle since it’s all footage of season 2...

The show was created by Victor Fresco, who also did the similarly offbeat Better Off Ted for ABC and Andy Richter Controls the Universe for Fox.

I may be in the minority, but I feel the MCU is doing just fine without mutants. If they got the rights back and made it a completely separate continuity that would probably be great. But I just don’t see mutants as having existed, unmentioned, in the MCU up to this point.

This dude’s life. So fucking tragic.
