I absolutely agree with you in principle, but I can also imagine a lawyer arguing that she has no legal standing to bring a lawsuit to force them to stop since she wasn’t at least a spectator. I have no idea how that would come out without doing legal research. But I bet the ACLU does! I hope they jump in with guns
