Not a lawyer or traffic expert, but I do wonder if the second car truly entered the intersection lawfully. Every other car at that intersection was stopped, and then one car comes flying in. Either they were coming through the intersection at full speed and just happened to cross the line as the light turned green, or

Seriously? This is the hill we die on? What was meant to be a small token of support is turned into a point of outrage? Im sorry but the reason trump and his supporters continue to shit all over us is because we devote too much of our very limited resources to bullshit infighting in a hope to be wokest. Can we get

Women are tired of sex and want to see men get their ass kicked is my analysis.

Who could forget the decades long influence of Hunger Games in all forms of media?

Hera bless this post, for it is sacred and the world does not deserve it.

Fuck yes! Thank you. I normally love Vulture but Edelstein has to take several seats and probably find another career since he didn’t review the movie so much as complain about Patty, lust over Gal, and other women (we Israeli women are a “different breed” are we?). It was awful. He should be ashamed. And he even

He literally said “I thought I was a great candidate.”

Now playing

Please, everyone who thinks he’s acting like a sulky, entitled douchebag, just take two minutes and watch the damn clip (which, for some reason, links instead to Apple.com in the post)

I watched the original interview and the article leaves out that all of this was said in a very light-hearted and facetious manner. He wasn’t seriously complaining about not being recognized. He was joking about it. I have fairly neutral opinions regarding Bacon but the article sort of misrepresents the interview.

I have always wondered how makeup companies got away with that. It is SO obvious that the lash are fake. Show me what the mascara can REALLY do and I’ll buy it. For now, I’ll stick with my Maybelline Great Lash in the pink and green tube.

I think you’ve stumbled upon the reason the scrolling was inflicted upon us - to trick us into reading articles we didn’t want to read. Otherwise, it’s just a new Kinja feature a majority of commenters HATE.

Fuck your infinite scroll, Kinja! I don’t want to read this story, I wouldn’t have clicked it, but you just had to jam it onto my screen and ruin my goddamn morning.

I don’t agree with this interpretion. The bull is not celebrating the power of Wall Street, true, it is a criticism of Wall Street. So, the bull is itself the symbol of the greed on Wall Street, running blind and overpowering everything in its path. So if the little girl is stopping the bull, she is stopping the greed

I bet that’s why Merrill Lynch has a bull for a logo: because it’s a symbol of greed and shitty management.

The original point of the bull statue was lost looooooong ago, and it had been adopted as a mascot of what the artist meant to protest way before the girl got installed.

That’s exactly opposite to how I’ve interpreted the interaction of the two. Bull representing unbridled greed to benefit the wealthy and powerful, and a little girl standing up to that attitude on behalf of the vulnerable.

Actually, judging by the $800,000,000 drop in market value of the company, they *do* have an incentive to keep upping the payout to ensure that it’s 100% voluntary.

Hail corporate!

the market has spoken. It said “fuck United and all their bullshit”

sorry

Every day I hate Bernie and his bros more and more. The entitlement around Bernie and the DNC is mind boggling. That somehow a dude who has contributed nothing in his entire career to the democratic party is supposed to come in and get equal treatment to a woman who worked her entire adult life in the organization
