I fully expect to see it on Bringatrailer next week. With questions about IMS bearings in first few comments.

From the Fox article:

It’s almost like treating the people you’re supposed to protect and serve as wartime enemies and constantly harassing them for victimless “crimes” results in resentment, weird.

5 people fired”

I think this is less about Walmart defending its gun sales than it is their profuse terror at even the slightest hint of employee-initiated mass mobilization in support of some cause, because it potentially sets a precedent for the formal organization of their labor pool which they have worked to suppress for decades.

Says the destroyer, of tens of thousands of small businesses, of culture, of ownership in society.

Teey were my very first job, first thing they tell you is dont talk to union reps. I think every employee shoukd organize and get a union in there cause F walmart. That greedy ass family can suck it

They are just another corporate tool who thinks companies and corporations should be put before people. You should always obey those in charge and let them do whatever they want without restrictions because they should be allowed to do whatever they want.

IT Manager here, actually its protected activity on our systems.  I had a 2 hour class with a corporate lawyer talking about what we can and cannot restrict on company systems. Yes there is a LOT you can cut people from, but organizing employees for action is something you have to allow.  This employee very likely has

For the time being, you actually can. Assuming this is protected NLRA Section 7 activity (which is very debatable but still a color able argument), Purple Communications, Inc., 361 NLRB 1050 (2014), held that employees who have been granted access to work electronic communication methods (mainly e-mail, but Slack

Yes.  The only time you lose your rank is when you write a formal letter to the Navy and tell them you're relinquishing your commission.

I have a feeling that the entire company is made up solely of rogue employees.

Or cars in the last decade reached a point of “good enough,” like in the PC world.  Any Honda from this century will last you until the inevitable and simultaneous nuclear, climate, zombie and asteroid apocalypse.

I’ve got my reasonably efficient GTI, I am prepared.

Well, you’re in the minority. Trump’s approval ratings today, on day 865 of his presidency, is at 41.5% - lower than literally every other president at that point in their term going back to Truman (which is as far as I looked on 538). His disapproval rating stands at a solid 53.5% so there’s that.

Sure there is. Some day, he will choke to death on a Big Mac, and that will be infinitely better than his current, non-asphyxiated state.

I was watching live coverage of them inspecting something in the palace together and he kept leaning over her shoulder and breathing down her neck. She kept moving an inch to the left, very demurely, but ughhh this guy is so socially obtuse.

The fact that he even gets to stand in her personal bubble makes me angry.

For crying out loud, couldn’t he at least get it cut before the UK visit? The flipped up ends in the back look ridiculous. Also, my theory is the slicked back style was because he had to remove his baseball cap in the church and the sweatiness dissolved his gel and hairspray.  He is a stone cold loser in every way.
