I’m not sure how useful this is for you, but I had a similar issue. My phone would lag when I scroll and randomly crashed apps. I did the itunes repair and installed a fresh copy of ios11 and it seems to be better...I hope...

Same with me. I have a 6 and the menu, especially when you select items in the Settings lags horribly. The battery also drains 3x as fast now than before the update. I use to be able to charge my phone every 2-3 days, now I have to charge it every few hours. I’m not a data-heavy user and don’t use a lot of apps, but…

I noticed some lag on my 6-plus with 10.3.3 but after upgrading it seems to have smoothed out. What I was seeing was a delay or screen stutter when scrolling quickly in Twitter or Safari. The 11.0.0 build seems to have smoothed that out.
