Star Wars.

most interesting to note is the absence of Spider-Man in the proceedings. Could he be being saved for the follow-up film?

No Warren Ellis’s Bond? Or Hellboy’s swansong? For shame!

The downforce is strong with this one...

Global warming doesn’t mean everywhere gets warmer perfectly uniformly; it’s an increase in the global AVERAGE. On a day-to-day basis, it means the weather patterns all over the planet get changed; some dry places are going to get more rain, some snowy places are going to get more snow, and so on and so on. I find Matt Lucas so aggressively unfunny and obnoxious.

“In NY? Just another nuisance in the week, between Tony Stark blowing another lab and Luke Cage brawling in Harlem...”

Copy: “Belgian white, milk, and dark chocolate mice are tempered until smooth and creamy and neatly arranged in a tin, ready for giving.”

I’ve got a Pebble Time Round on my wrist right now, and I’m sad that the little company that could... couldn’t.

Darmok is a kind of frozen dessert. I hope that helps.

I was very disappointed in the first episode’s artificial drama because of how... TV it felt. The ship enters Mars atmo immediately upon arriving and has problems (didn’t occur to anyone that it would make sense to go into a parking orbit and TEST YOUR EQUIPMENT before starting a landing?), resulting in A)injured

Sara’s got this. Everyone else can go grab a beer.

Ooh, the Death Defying Dr Mirage was a great book. I recommend it to anyone — you don’t need to know anything about the Valiant universe to read it and it’s a great ghost story and love story.

Just my opinion, but William Self’s 60's GH wasn’t what I’d call camp (and that’s not just in contrast to Batman66). It was played as straight as almost any other period crime series -- or at least as straight as a period crime series about masked vigilante superantiheroes could be.

The ‘60s GH series wasn’t really camp - it was played straight apart from the few sci-fi flourishes of the Black Beauty car, the “hornet sting” sonic zapper etc.

I remember watching the ‘66 tv show.. I was pretty young but I didn’t get a “camp” vibe like the Batman tv show of the time. Seemed to be a fairly straightforward drama with a ‘superhero’ twist... It will be difficult to keep it grounded (if that’s the idea) but I’d probably give it a watch.

Hitler did some good stuff too, you know. For example, he killed Hitler.

Now playing

My friend directed his final performance  which will see wide release soon. it’s so poignant and his performance is beautiful.

I am a French-Canadian and even I am depressed this morning. Sure, I am safe here for the moment, but if President Trump (oh god I’m gonna puke) take your country down, we’ll sink with you. All the progress you did in the last 8 years, all the attempts to catch up with the rest of the Western world, all of that has
