The Last Ship has been renewed again? At this point I’m convinced that show is a Republican plot to keep Adam Baldwin employed.

Sorry, but WTF is ‘butterbeer’? I mean, what were those people drinking?

Huh. I first read Ender’s Game before there were such things as video games or the Internet. Ignoring the author’s, err, politics, it’s still a pretty good story.

I’d be a libertarian, too, if they weren’t a bunch of tax-dodging whiners - Berke Breathed.

Check out “J-Men Forever!” on Youtube. The guys from Firesign Theatre over-dubbed and mixed a bunch of 30's and 40's serials, to hilarious effect. They used bits of Commando Cody and Captain Marvel, and directly referenced the control panel.

Honestly, I think someone just paid Stan to get the name recognition. I don’t think the show needs it; it can stand on its own pretty well.

Is anyone watching Stan Lee’s Lucky Man? It’s a British show starring James Nesbitt, about a London police detective who receives a magic bracelet that gives him perfect luck. Burn Gorman appears as the police pathologist and Stan Lee has a cameo as himself in the first episode.

Far too old a reference.

Any idea how one could listen to it?

Is Channing Tatum in it, too?

What, no one playing Pokemon Go?

And I should have added Sean Connery and George Lazenby, just to be pedantic.

That’s what I’ve read, going back to the dark old days (circa 1972). If that’s true, and the numbers are sequential, then Discovery takes place before TOS.

I, for one, am glad that Wynonna Earp has been renewed. I need more Waverly-on-Haught action.

Daniel Craig?

Considering the fact that he is a serious gearhead (have you seen “Idris Elba:King of Speed”?) I’m inclined to think you’re right.

Also starring Captain Pike and Elan of Troyius! They’d have a field day with that!

Ms. Marvel was still a bad-ass.

Oh, phooey. They won’t let me have any. :(

I’m hoping for Streaky, the super cat. Him plus Benoist equals cute overload.
