All done with my recall repair. Everything looks good and i have pictures of the new and installed head gasket. Only 3k on mine as well and no symptoms to that point. I had a loaner the whole time and will end up with another loaner while the drivers door is replaced for a squeak that cannot be found.....

Mine’s going in for the head gasket change and pressure check on Tuesday. Haven’t had any of the problems mentioned in the forums with it though. I drive it all year round, the AWD is great for the winters up here in Nova Scotia and in Canada you could only get it fully loaded with the total winter package.
