I'd say sold since I can't seem to find these sons of bitches in stock anywhere on a consistent basis.

Well, don't worry, they do not stay on store shelves for very long, assuming they get to the shelves before being sold, I would say in that case this is the same.
I dunno bout where you live, but my town sells out of ps4s within a day.
Yes they said it was "sell-through" meaning units actually sold to consumers
Why is this an argument against digitalisation? If people have already bought a copy, that copy isn't being removed from their libraries. It's just being removed from sale, same as the physical copies. So there's no difference.
Number of platforms =/= quality.
If a game is good, it is good regardless of it being an exclusive or not being an exclusive. Any other line of thought doesn't make sense.
What in the bloody blue hell are you even talking about.....A GOTY award has nothing to do with who owns what systems or how many people played it, it has to do with being the best overall game made that year....If you didn't play it too bad that sucks for you, it was obviously the best game of last year according to…
...What?
I don't think the metric Kotaku used is 'number of people who played it'.
The number of platforms a game is available on doesn't change the quality of the game. Obviously TLoU wouldn't win best Xbox game nor would it win your Game of the Year, but no one expected it to. That has no bearing on this.
>What, does everybody own a PS3 or something?
I don't even own a PS3 and I'd still rather place TLoU over GTA5.
Why does the game of the year have to be multi-platform? It's the best game of the year, period. In that respect, The Last of Us deserves this award.

Pretty sure, by most standards (e.g. sales), that the WiiU is the least popular gaming machine around.
What's your favorite cereal? (my turn to ask a question that has to do with nothing)
Don't need to purchase anything. The PS4 comes with a free ear piece with a mic built in. Works perfectly fine
Man stop, just stop that nonsense. Both consoles had an average launch line up. And stop telling me about Ryse. This game was just crap. And don't start with the voice control, it's a glorified gimmick that is not optimised yet. Both systems have it also. You sold your PS4 and made 180 $, good for you. I am sure you…
Xbox 360 convert to PS4. I stopped being loyal to Microsoft when they said backwards compatibility was backwards. Sony's stellar pro-consumer messaging leading up to launch is what earned my purchase.
Did you take the time to read the article? It's including the update on Xbox One because if you don't install the update, you can't install the game. The PS4 downloads the update in the background while installing the game, so that doesn't affect the installation time. I tested this yet again before making this post…
