Yeah, I was being sarcastic. As far as I know, any acidic/sugary drinks down the drains ends up clogging it. At my work's bathroom, all of the employees pour their Peace Teas and sodas down the sink, and the thing clogs afterward. It's all the sugar/sticky liquid sticking to the sides of the pipes.

If nothing else, Pepsi "quenches" your thirst. Also, acidic drinks, such as soda, can help unclog your stomach. The acids burn down the random junk inside you. So yeah, it does at least have some uses, unlike sitting in a tub of soda, which is stickier than all living hell, and can possibly be very bad for your skin.

And who are you to judge what I say? Hmm..? It's called an opinion. And he was wasting his money by pouring soda into the drain, but also sat in it before pulling the plug. If he had consumed the soda, that isn't a waste, but he basically did the same thing as pouring it out onto the road.
