I never thought about taxes. I live in Oregon, so Amazon doesn't charge me taxes, and I ended up being surprised that the international shipping fee was so cheap. If you have a GameStop around you, they've got the Special Edition. In the US however this special edition is a GS exclusive, hence why I ended up buying it…

I ended up preordering that UK exclusive Special Edition on the Amazon UK site. Ended up being $58 TOTAL (including shipping!) to me in the US! The price has now gone up, but it's still an awesome deal since you get this shtuffs:
