“I want something interesting and unique that not every idiot owns. Exclusivity.

Speed, style, exclusivity. The Lingefelter Corvette will get you two of those. Nobody walking down the street knows what the hell a Lingelfelter is, so your appearance of exclusivity goes out the window.

Hey did you know you can get a supercar every bit as beautiful as your Aston that’s BRAND NEW and starts under $100k?

Xenon/HID headlights. No more halogen. I have used xenon for 20 years and will never own a car with out them.

I can honestly live without alot of things for a car. But yea, predictable response, but if I had to choose an option I can’t live with, it would have to be a premium stereo. Give me a stripped out GT Black Series, with just bluetooth and the best stereo system with deep Bass and I will be happy.

What??? These are still cool to this day. One of the best looking cars of the 90s.

The WS6 Firebird could run low/mid 13s stock, which was pretty awesome for an accessible pony car.

I don’t know, but that version of the Firebird, with the WS6 package had some get up and go. And also had HORRID visibility, like I test drove one when I was 16 or 17, and I was only a couple inches shorter than I am now at 6 foot tall, and you could barely see past the hood in front of you.  Also this things are long.

Yeah but if they finish in front no one is going to care about that technicality.  This would be a major coup for NASCAR and piss off a lot of Europeans.

Sure, but if it runs the full 24 hrs AND tops the entire GTE field, that would be an INSANE achievement for this team.

This car can’t technically win anything at Le Mans. The Garage 56 is an invitational entry that does not conform to any rule book from the ACO, and is therefore in a class by itself.  It cannot win, or lose.

From what I have seen of the current generation Nascar cars, it would take a Bus getting on the track to do any significant damage to one.   I don’t think I’ve seen as tough a car in my life.

boo

Being a North American I feel I should root for the home team and go with Ford.  But I’m afraid that Redbull will end up F.O.R.D.

Building it wasn’t practical, but now that I have it, it is quite practical to use. I use it mostly to control my music with voice commands. I also ask Siri to tell me a joke every time I get in the car, just because I can. I previously would never talk on the phone while driving (wait till I reach my destination to

the custom board alone is a work of art he should’ve used a transparent case

Someone actually did what I’ve thought would be an amazing and hilarious thing to do.

Yeah that’s the eternal debate. More boost = more failure. Luckily Audi bought a supercharger that they tuned to about 70% of its tolerance, and a really strong block. The tuning programs increase that closer to 100% but still don’t exceed tolerances. These mods are ultra-popular and if they were blowing up engines

Kudos to this guy. This sounds like an amazing project.

Cold weather car with 500hp. Yikes.
