If I had to choose between autoplay videos and the new god-awful ads on mobile, I think I’d pick autoplay. I have plain jane Pixel running Chrome, and I can’t scroll past the opening paragraph because the inline ads lock my position in place. Basically can’t read deadspin on mobile anymore.

I’ll be that guy. There is a very viable market for this, and it’s the service industry. Particularly now that large equipment like office building AC/furnace, copiers, etc. are being rented as a service rather that bought as a product... the manufacturer is now responsible for the service.
