There's always an excuse available. Always.

Watch the video. The 1/8th isn’t the only issue... They chose the slowest Porsche (manual 911T) and then nerfed it further with possibly a more incompetent manual driver than me (the video notes 2 independent magazines both got significantly faster times out of the same car).

Great—and nauseating—point.

Considering how the GOP is okay with their fearless leader raping E. Jean Carroll, not taking “no” for an answer isn’t all that surprising.

And let’s see what Elon Musk Tesla fanbois gonna say about this

He’s such an annoying little puke.

The issue, the article and the fucking point is that this vehicles release (like most of Tesla) is built on lies.

These motherfuckers just will... not... stop.

Yes.  I would not buy an EV if I were a renter, or if I owned but had no garage or other safe place to install a Level 2 charger.

State Rep. Brett Fairchild (R), one of the co-authors of the bill, insisted on the importance of “equal protection under the law for all unborn children” to the Kansas Reflector. He went on to baselessly claim that “science proves that life begins at conception” and that “the government has a responsibility to

Serious, adult people have to stop voting for ANY REPUBLICAN EVER.

Eeeexcept it didn’t, and wouldn’t win over a quarter mile.

It’s fairly typical cult-like behavior: the leader is always right, any evidence to the contrary is to be denied/ignored, and anyone who disagrees with him is an evil liar. Their worldviews are so invested in Trump by this point that nothing is going to shake them loose.

There’s nothing he could do that would make them stop supporting him. Nothing. He could break into their homes and murder there mothers in front of them, and they would probably say she deserved it.

“There are two genders. And no, a man cannot become a woman. Iowa, I’m asking for your vote tonight.”

Trump murdered hundreds of thousands of people, many of them his deluded anti vax supporters, with his criminal response to COVID.

Slightly less characteristically, Trump offered vaguely kind words to DeSantis and Haley, saying that they “both did very well” and that the entire Republican field had “a good time together” touring the state.

Thank You!!!

What blew me away most about the video is that people were actually cheering Musk when he made this claim. Not because it was misleading and totally bogus, but how can anybody still be a fan of the guy after all of the bullshit he has said and done?

We already knew this, no? People were commenting on the original article about this stunt that the claimed length of the race was a lie. Granted, we aren’t Jason from Engineering Explained, but I think it’s been pretty much established for a while now that this particular claim about the Cybertruck was man-child
