For me, it’s a 1969 Dodge Charger.

Any lifted full size pickup.

My favorite bistro near my house always follows macchiato orders with, “It’s not like Starbucks.  It is espresso with a bit of steamed milk.”  I feel for baristas who constantly have to explain that what a customer thinks is a macchiato is not in fact a macchiato.

The fact that Eilish was accused of queerbaiting just for posting “I love women” is utterly ridiculous. Whether she meant platonically or sexually, maybe just accept that that’s a perfectly inoffensive thing for a person to say and leave it at that?

No way: The spirit of her remark is ‘Women are awesome and don’t judge anyone for anything ever, men are scum that judge everything!’ and that is both false and stupidly sexist.

Sorry to hijack your comment, MC.

It’s beyond disgusting. The AvClub has been

Biden’s fine. He’s got almost 20 years on me and I WISH I was that fit.

My point is that a the typical person can’t save for it. Half of American families can’t afford an unexpected $400 expense.  You attribute it to poor spending habits; well, back that up with some data.

If you are busting your ass at a dead end job, that is on you. Get a better job.

You’re the one that implied normal people could afford a $3,800 hotel stay for a 19 day vacation.

The Casinos will be fine. They will be the ones making out. The question is whether the employees actually get anything out of it (doubtful). Those tourists will have seen the pricing for that weekend and picked another week. Those conventions aren’t going anywhere either. CES and World of Concrete still have the same

So... normal people can’t afford 19 days off work and $3,800 in hotels?  Your argument is changing...

I know this may come as a surprise, but not everyone makes great money despite busting their ass at their dead-end job for 20 years. There are LOTS of people who don’t make great money, and thus struggle to do much less than go on a 19 day vacation.

Yeah, “normal” people can’t afford 2.5 weeks straight off work, $3,800 in hotels, and then food/drink/travel on top of that.

This is a really dumb thing to care about, and publishing an article about it just panders to the dipshits that do.

A someone who thinks true street races (i.e, I don’t count Canada) are generally garbage anyway and the Parade d’ Monaco only hangs around for historic purposes, if LV dies quickly it will make me happy.

When David Foxx reached out to Jalopnik, he was on his 10th day of a 19-day vacation
